PROJECT OVERVIEW
Implementing Salesforce to empower the schools to pull data out of silos – spreadsheets, SIS, and other point solutions – and pull it together in one place. The Salesforce platform is flexible and extensible as needed to manage the complex functionalities and workflow of a school.
In this project, the goal is to create a seamless school management system to manage the overall functionalities of the school in the most efficient manner.
The project provides solutions for the admission process, student experience, affiliations, performance reports, and fee management all under a single view, along with managing the grants and fund aids coming in from various resources for the betterment of the school.

- The primary challenge is to manage the admission details of the students and to maintain the new admission records separately.

- The challenge is to manage the classes, subjects, courses, and syllabus in the most simplified and efficient way.
- The major challenge is to manage the student fees, keep track of the fee installments and manage the fee structure in the most appropriate manner.

- Created a solution by using the Salesforce lead object to manage the new admission details.
- Used the Salesforce contact object to manage the entire student details.
- Used the Salesforce account object to manage the school details and affiliations.
- Managed the classes, subjects, and courses using the Salesforce custom object feature.
- Created the fields and relationships to achieve the desired functionalities.
- Managed the fee structure and performance reports of students by creating custom objects with appropriate relations.
- Used the Salesforce NPSP model to manage donations (Fund aids) and allocations in the most effective and simplified manner.
