Implementing Salesforce nonprofit success pack (NPSP) to empower nonprofit teams to fund and run their entire mission with one integrated platform that helps build meaningful and enduring relationships.
The objective is to implement their mission in NPSP to provide an out-of-the-box solution for managing relationships, and fundraising, and to help achieve their mission effectively and efficiently.
In this project, the major goal is to nurture learning for the neediest. The NGO aims at helping every child learn naturally with the help of technology. Their learning management platform allows schools to create a digital learning environment that speaks to the unique challenges faced by their institution.

- The challenge is to streamline the fundraising process and manage the details of the donors.
- The major challenge is to track the donations coming in from many different people.
- Donation management is another big challenge to use donations in the most appropriate ways.
- Another challenge is keeping track of the digital tools or the products offered by the NGO.
- To maintain the records of the giveaways of digital tools to schools to improve their learning experience.
- Managing the volunteer’s details, their jobs, their working hours, and their tasks was a major challenge too.
- To verify the school details and their capability to pay 20% of the total amount.
Benefits
After the completion of the project, the client was able to manage all the donations and donor information effectively. Salesforce NPSP made it very easier for the client to manage the donor details/accounts and the donations received all under one system. Donation allocation became streamlined and they had a proper analysis of the donation received and how the donations are being used.
- Created a solution by using the Salesforce NPSP features that offer flexible and efficient donation management and allocation.
- NPSP’s GAU feature enabled the complex donation allocation to be managed in the most user-friendly way.
- Used Salesforce custom objects to maintain product details and giveaways of the digital tools.
- Used volunteers for Salesforce to manage the entire volunteer details in a single view.
- Maintained the school details and managed the verification process performed by the volunteers in the most effective way using the Salesforce community.
